Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Times

Retail orders for our standard glass jars are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Custom wedding favors, co-branded corporate gifts, and high-volume catering bags require a processing window of 3 to 7 business days prior to dispatch.

2. Pan-India Delivery Timelines

We ship nationwide using express logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, and express courier services):

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days post-dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Bulk catering orders over 10kg automatically qualify for free surface delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, a tracking ID and live tracking link will be shared directly to your registered WhatsApp number or email.
